December 7

Healthy Pregnancy & Delivery – 10am (Online)

Are you currently pregnant with your precious baby but you’re dealing with some worries or concerns? Make sure that you have all the information you need so you can put your fears to rest.

Learn about how to have a healthy pregnancy and prepare for your baby’s delivery through this class by Dr. Kristen Canlas. Put all your fears to rest—with information comes power and peace.

First Aid for Infants and Children – 2pm (Online)

Know what to do for your child in times of sickness, and especially during accidents. Equip yourself with knowledge on coping with emergency situations such as choking, burns, allergies, and more. It’s best to be prepared because your child is counting on you!

Newborn Care – 2pm (Face to Face)

Nervous about caring for your newborn? Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered!

Learn what to expect at the hospital, including the following: Unang Yakap, the beauty of skin to skin contact, and routine newborn screening tests. You’ll also learn about well baby visits, infant safe sleep, colic, jaundice, and infections, responsive feeding, stooling and peeing, and cord care.

For the Breastfeeding part of the class, you’ll learn everything you need to know about preparing to breastfeed and how breastfeeding works. The class will also cover what to expect during the first feeding at the hospital, how to maintain your supply, common breastfeeding challenges and how to address them.
